Transitioning To a New Year Including Your Deepest Desires!
Your Brain Is Already Manifesting. It's Just Not What You May Want It To Manifest.
Here's the uncomfortable truth: you're already a master manifestor. Your brain is brilliantly designed to bring your focus into reality. The problem? Most of us are manifesting our fears, our doubts, and our inherited patterns rather than our deepest desires.
Let me introduce you to your brain's secret weapon, and quite possibly, the reason you're not living the life you dream about.
The Reticular Activating System: Your Brain's Bouncer

Deep in your brainstem sits a network of neurons called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). I invite you to think of it as the "bouncer" at the club of your consciousness. Every single second, your brain receives approximately 11 million bits of sensory information. Eleven. Million. But your conscious mind can only process about 40-50 bits per second. Of course the RAS, like a club bouncer, and has to focus on the immediacy of what is most important that happens.
So what does your RAS do? It filters. It decides what gets past the velvet rope into your awareness and what stays outside in the noise.
Here's where it gets fascinating: your RAS doesn't care about what's "good" or "bad" for you. It simply shows you more of what you've told it matters. Have you ever bought a car and suddenly seen that same model everywhere? That's your RAS at work. The cars were always there—you just weren't programmed to notice them.
Your RAS is filtering your reality based on what you've taught it to prioritize.
And here's the kicker: most of us have trained our RAS to scan for problems, threats, limitations, and reasons why things won't work. We've programmed our brain's filter with our doubts instead of our desires.

Research suggests that 40-45% of our daily actions aren't actually decisions—they're habits. Nearly half of what you do today, you'll do again tomorrow, and the day after that, without thinking.
Your morning routine. Your emotional responses. The way you talk to yourself. The foods you reach for. The excuses you make. The dreams you defer.
All running on autopilot.
And here's what nobody tells you: your habits are not neutral. Every habit is a vote for the person you're becoming. Every repeated action is programming your RAS to show you a specific reality.
If your habit is to scroll social media instead of journaling your desires, your RAS will show you everyone else's life instead of clarity about your own.
If your habit is to criticize your reflection instead of honoring your face with loving touch, your RAS will filter for every flaw instead of every grace.
If your habit is to say "someday" instead of "today," your RAS will keep showing you reasons to wait instead of opportunities to begin.
Here's a powerful reframe: your habits are not your enemy. They're your compass. They're showing you exactly where you're headed.
The question is: did you set that direction consciously, or did someone else program your compass for you?
Most of our habits were inherited—from family patterns, cultural conditioning, past traumas, or simply from moving through life on autopilot for so long that we forgot we could choose differently.
Your habit of minimizing your needs? That's someone else's voice. Your habit of putting everyone else first? That's an old program. Your habit of waiting for permission to want what you want? That's not yours either.
Habitual intentionality is not about perfection. It's about direction.
It's the practice of consciously choosing the small, repeated actions that align with who you're becoming—and doing them so consistently that they reprogram your RAS to filter reality through the lens of your desires instead of your doubts.
It's about understanding that the thoughts you think repeatedly become the beliefs that shape your habits, and those habits become the life you live.

⬆️ The key to realizing a different reality is that it equires something radical: you must allocate time to redirect yourself.
Not once. Not when you feel inspired. But regularly. Deliberately. As a non-negotiable practice.
Your desires need tending. They need air. They need to be spoken aloud, written down, felt in your body, and given space to breathe.
But most of us never create that space. We're too busy managing the life we have to dream about the life we want.
Here's what I know: if you don't schedule time to connect with your desires, your default habits will fill every moment. And those default habits will keep you exactly where you are.
Redirecting your compass requires devotion to your highest self! This is not a one-time exercise. This is a practice and a way of living.
Revelation: Getting brutally honest about what you actually want (not what you think you should want)
Recognition: Seeing clearly which habits are moving you toward those desires and which are moving you away
Recalibration: Consciously replacing misaligned habits with intentional practices
Repetition: Doing this consistently enough that your RAS starts filtering for opportunities instead of obstacles

You might be wondering: what does face yoga have to do with manifesting my desires?
Everything.
Your face holds your unexpressed emotions. Your jaw clenches with the words you don't say. Your forehead furrows with the worries you carry. Your eyes dim when you stop seeing yourself clearly.
And your body? Your body remembers every time you ignored your needs, pushed past your boundaries, or treated yourself like an afterthought.
You cannot habitually intentionalize your way into your dreams while habitually abandoning your body.
When you touch your face with intention, when you move your body with reverence, when you nourish yourself with foods that honor your vitality—you are sending your RAS a clear message: I am worth caring for. I am worth the effort. I deserve to be seen.
And suddenly, your RAS starts showing you a world where that's true.

Inside the heart lies beautiful, unique heartstrings designed to beat to your unique rhythm.
I am not unique in understanding that these heartstrings may vibrate at the vibrational pulse of you reaching for, minimizing, or actualizing your desires.
The question is: which pulse are you living by?
