There's a sacred line running down the center of your face.
From the crown of your head, through the space between your eyebrows, down the bridge of your nose, through your lips, along your chin, and into your throat—this centerline is not just anatomical. It's energetic. It's the highway of your life force.
In Ayurveda, this is the pathway of Sushumna Nadi—the central energy channel that houses all seven chakras. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it's the Governing and Conception Vessels—the reservoirs that nourish all other meridians. In face yoga, it's the axis around which all facial symmetry, tone, and radiance organize themselves.
